What has been the effect of the surge in healthcare M&As  on your portfolio?

“We’ve had great leasing momentum in our portfolio as our occupancy is up, and about 50 percent of our new leasing was solely the result of systems already in our portfolio expanding their suites. So we’re seeing bigger tenants and better credit, and this is a result of systems growing and physician groups consolidating. I think the fundamentals are continuing to improve.”
