Apparently not even a hurricane can stem the tide toward an outpatient delivery model.
Three years after Hurricane Sandy devastated parts of the East Coast, the owner of a shuttered hospital just outside of New York City has announced that the facility could eventually be reconstructed, but not as an inpatient facility.
