Whenever big deals, or small ones for that matter, take place in any industry, including healthcare real estate (HRE), there’s a period of time before the closing can take place for the dotting of the “I’s” and the crossing of the “T’s.” That, of course, means that the lawyers and their firms are now completing the transaction.

One of the busiest law firms in the HRE arena is Arnall Golden Gregory LLP (AGG), a firm of 160 attorneys with headquarters offices in Washington, D.C., and Atlanta. The firm provides a wide range of legal services, including those provided by one of the largest HRE transaction teams in the Southeast.

Steven Kaye is a prominent face of that healthcare team, as he co-chairs a practice that comprises more than 30 attorneys.
