New parking structure facilitates construction of $37 million, 70,000 s.f. facility

Pacific Medical Buildings (PMB) recently completed a $37 million, three-story, 70,000 square foot multi-tenant medical office building (MOB) and a six-level parking structure on the campus of Los Alamitos Medical Center (LAMC) in Los Alamitos, Calif. Construction began in July 2013.
