Three-story, 55,000 square foot facility to be built next to replacement hospital

As construction continues on a $55 million replacement hospital in Sierra Vista, Ariz., in the far southern part of the state, a 55,000 square foot MOB being developed by a third-party owner is also well underway on the 77-acre campus.
Jupiter, Fla.-based Rendina Healthcare Real Estate is developing the three-story facility, which is scheduled to open in conjunction with the replacement hospital next spring.
