Chad Pinnell recently joined JLL’s Healthcare Solutions team as Managing Director, Healthcare Solutions where he will lead the Midwest markets. Chad succeeds Sydney Scarborough who will continue supporting Texas and the South Central markets while stepping into a newly created National Healthcare Marketing position.

As a Managing Director, Sydney is the Marketing Executive Lead for the platform. Sydney’s new role will bring the “voice of healthcare customer” to our integrated service delivery model. This market intelligence serves to enhance our service offerings, ensuring that JLL continues to support and lead the transformation of the industry. Sydney has over 30 years experience in the fields of healthcare strategy, finance, real estate and business consulting.
As Managing Director, Chad will focus on navigating change by maximizing real estate’s financial performance for hospitals and health systems nationwide. He has extensive experience in developing creative solutions for healthcare clients to drive down costs and improve performance. Chad brings over 10 years of healthcare experience as well as a corporate perspective which serves to bring new insights to the healthcare industry.
