(LITTLE ROCK, ARK.) – CHI St. Vincent announces the next phase of growth and development at its outpatient, ambulatory care campus in west Little Rock — CHI St. Vincent West — with the groundbreaking of a new medical office building. The 44,000 square foot facility will be located on the 37-acre site owned by CHI St. Vincent.
Mohr Health of Dallas, Texas, and local commercial real estate firm Irwin Partners, are the developers of the project located on St. Vincent Way adjacent to Promenade Shopping Center in Chenal.
“We are creating a destination for health care at CHI St. Vincent West that offers the programs and services that most directly address the needs of the residents of west Little Rock. This second building is part of a long-term phased growth plan to accomplish just that, “said Peter D. Banko, President and CEO of CHI St. Vincent. “Mohr Health and Irwin Partners are excellent partners for our health system and they are playing a very pivotal role in developing the area’s newest health care campus.”
The first floor of the state-of-the-art facility will house a full complement of outpatient imaging services, including MRI, CT and ultrasound, Michael Pohlkamp D.D.S. Family Dentistry, and Cornerstone Pharmacy. Additional space will be used to expand the CHI St. Vincent Breast Center and other women’s services. Only 26,000 square feet remain for lease in this phase of the campus build out.
“The demand for quality medical office space in west Little Rock is continuing to grow,” said Jim Irwin, principal broker with Irwin Partners. “This building will provide the opportunity for medical practices and other businesses offering medical-related services to open a new or satellite location in west Little Rock.”
Building completion is scheduled for summer 2015. Current services at CHI St. Vincent West including primary care, urgent care, geriatric and sleep services. This project starts the newest phase of a long-term master plan to offer healthcare to support the growing needs of the west Little Rock.
Cromwell Architects, Clark Contractors, and White Daters & Associates Engineers, round out the experienced team engaged on this exciting growth at CHI St. Vincent West. Greg Joslin, a principal with Irwin Partners, will serve as the leasing agent for the project.
