News Release: Hammond Hanlon Camp LLC Continues to Expand its Professional Team

SAN DIEGO and CHICAGO – September 23, 2014 – Hammond Hanlon Camp LLC (“H2C”), a healthcare-focused strategic advisory and investment banking firm, today announced the additions of Jared Langus as Vice President in the San Diego office and Michael Tierney as Vice President in the Chicago office. Jared joins the team from Kaufman Hall & Associates, while Mike comes to H2C from Bank of Montreal (“BMO”) Capital Markets.

With the addition of these experienced industry professionals, H2C enhances its ability to provide advice and execution services related to strategy, partnerships, mergers, acquisitions, divestitures and capital markets to the firm’s expanding client roster of healthcare service organizations and related companies.

Jared Langus was formerly a Vice President in the Mergers & Acquisitions group of Kaufman Hall & Associates, where he assisted healthcare system boards of directors and senior management teams in the evaluation of strategic options and the execution of numerous transactions, including sell-side, buy-side and joint ventures. Prior to joining Kaufman Hall, Jared was an Associate at Houlihan Lokey, where he also focused on healthcare M&A. Earlier in his career, Jared gained investment banking and consulting experience at Legg Mason, Credit Suisse and McKinsey and Company.

Prior to joining H2C, Mike executed a broad range of capital markets transactions and credit product solutions for healthcare and other not-for-profit organizations. He was most recently a Vice President at BMO Capital Markets where he acted as a thought leader, focusing on creating and delivering complex, integrated debt capital solutions to meet client objectives. Prior to BMO, Mike spent several years with the commercial banking arm at Bank of America Merrill Lynch, managing a $2 billion credit portfolio, providing strategic capital advice, and serving as regional subject matter expert on derivative products.
