■ A 40,000 square foot facility is underway along Highway 280 in Birmingham, Ala., for MedHelp Clinics, a 33-year-old family medicine and urgent care practice that currently has three locations in the area. The new facility, scheduled to open in spring 2015, will replace another MedHelp clinic nearby. The development team includes local firms; Brasfield & Gorrie, is the general contractor; Goodwyn, Mills & Cawood is the architect; and Colliers International is the project developer. MedHelp also plans to move its headquarters into the new facility.
