Firm acquires specialty hospital, medical office for $76M from Health Care REIT

Orlando, Fla.-based CNL Healthcare Properties Inc. continues to add to its non-senior living facilities holdings, as the unlisted REIT recently closed on the acquisition of the Houston Orthopedic & Spine Hospital (HOSH) campus for a reported $76 million.
