Medical City Dallas secures 10,554 square feet for emergency care center
DALLAS– Lincoln Harris CSG, a full-service commercial real estate services company, has negotiated a 10,554-square-foot lease for Medical City Dallas at the Currin Building in Preston Center, owned by Lobello Properties. The facility marks another location among Hospital Corporation of America’s (HCA) off-campus emergency department model, designed to ensure patients receive immediate care and treatment close to home.
“We have been looking for a site that would serve the Park Cities and Preston Hollow communities for a very long time,” said Rhodes Baker, senior vice president at Lincoln Harris CSG. “This location met all of Medical City’s site criteria, and then some. We could not be happier that it worked out for both the tenant and the landlord.”
The new emergency care center will improve the speed of service, reduce wait times, expedite care and time with the physician, as well as deliver the highest quality emergency care services.
HCA has implemented this strategy in several North Texas communities with the development and operations of five off-campus, provider-based emergency departments, three of which have opened in the last six months.

Baker worked with Brian Bacharach, vice president at Lincoln Harris CSG, on behalf of the tenant, Medical City Dallas. Bill Archer of CASE Commercial Real Estate negotiated on behalf of the landlord, Lobello Properties.
The property is conveniently located at 5974 W. Northwest Highway, Dallas, Texas, in Preston Center, which consistently holds one of the lowest vacancy rates in the Dallas-Fort Worth Metroplex.
