Brackett Flagship Properties has recently added four new employees to support its continued growth: Thorn Baccich, Jr., Ryan Dawson, Matt Schindelholz, and John Klawitter.
Thorn Baccich, Jr. joins Brackett Flagship Properties from Carolinas Healthcare System, where he spent four years in the Real Estate Department. As Vice President of Development, Thorn will work closely with Managing Partner, Diane Rivers. ”We are delighted to have a development partner with Thorn’s skills and background. He comes at an opportune time as our development portfolio is growing rapidly, and we are able to respond timely and properly to new opportunities,” says Ms. Rivers.
Ryan Dawson is BFP’s Vice President of Asset Management and will oversee the firm’s sponsored portfolio of healthcare properties. Brackett Flagship Properties’ President Brannen Edge remarked, “Ryan brings a great skill set, a keen intellect, and a can-do mentality to this role. Our properties and our investors will benefit from his addition to our team.” Matt Schindelholz joins Brackett Flagship Properties as a Leasing Associate and will report to BFP Partner and Head of Leasing and Brokerage, Reed Griffith. “Matt will focus his efforts on growing BFP’s landlord and tenant representation business in the medical office sector, primarily in Charlotte and surrounding markets,” says Griffith. Matt comes to BFP with nearly ten years of sales experience in the logistics industry.
John Klawitter joins Brackett Flagship Properties as a Maintenance Technician, joining Jeff Pace and Colby Thomas. “We believe our ability to offer experienced, cost-effective maintenance solutions to both our third-party clients and to our portfolio of properties is a competitive advantage for Brackett Flagship Properties,” stated Joe Shull, Partner and Director of Property Management. “Our business continues to grow, and we are pleased to be able to accommodate that growth by adding someone of John’s caliber to our team.”
