CINCINNATI – TriHealth, one of the largest integrated health systems in Greater Cincinnati, announced that it will be working with joint venture (JV) partner Pennsylvania-based Select Medical, a provider of specialized acute and post-acute care, to develop a $17 million building that will house a new TriHealth Rehabilitation Hospital.
TriHealth will occupy 60,000 square feet of leased space in the building, which will be located on developer Neyer Properties’ Keystone Parke campus on Dana Avenue near Interstate 71 in Cincinnati. TriHealth has signed a 16-year lease for the hospital space, which can be renewed for up to 33 years, with Cincinnati-based Neyer. The architect for the project is North Little Rock, Ark.-based Currence & Gray. The company expects to open the new hospital late next year.
