- LCB Senior Living LLC of Norwood, Mass., plans to develop a 72,600 square foot, 90-unit assisted living and Alzheimer’s care community at 6 Sally Sweets Way in Salem, Mass. Plans call for 64 assisted living residences and a 26-bed Alzheimer’s care unit to be developed on a 7-acre, wooded site next to the Ingram Senior Center. LCB operates assisted living communities in Massachusetts, Connecticut and New Hampshire and is planning to develop several more.
- HealthSouth Rehabilitation Hospital, a partner with Washington Regional, is developing a 9,250 square foot expansion that will add 20 new private patient rooms to the existing 60-bed hospital in Fayetteville, Ark. The expansion also includes an additional 2,250 square feet for a new patient dayroom and support service areas. Hospital officials said the expansion enables the hospital to serve even more patients with rehabilitation needs in northwest Arkansas, eastern Oklahoma and southwest Missouri.
