Aventura commissioners voted unanimously April 1 to approve conditional use permits clearing the way for ParkSquare Aventura, a 7.4-acre mixed-use development including a 10-story building featuring ground floor retail and six levels of parking, topped by three stories of medical office space totaling more than 43,000 square feet.
ParkSquare plans also call for a 10-story, 200-bed assisted living facility (ALF), as well as a 10-story, 230-room hotel at the vacant site along Northeast 207th Street, also known as 2900 Waterways Boulevard, between 29th and 30th avenues.
