Development executive to boost company’s presence in Southeast United States

As Dallas-based Caddis Partners LLC started landing more business in and around Atlanta in recent years, the company that’s well known for developing and owning properties in Texas and the Southwest found itself building up quite a nice collection of owned and managed properties in the Southeast region of the country as well.
By the time company personnel gathered for a strategy session to kick off 2014, the Caddis Partners’ portfolio of owned and/or third-party managed properties included eight medical office buildings (MOBs) in Georgia and the Carolinas. The firm would soon add another by acquiring the 30,578 square foot Phoenix Medical Center, anchored by Atlanta-based Piedmont Healthcare, in College Park, Ga.
