CARSON CITY, Nev. – With the largest hospital in the area as a major tenant, the off-campus, outpatient Eagle Medical Center in Carson City is a major medical destination on one of the city’s most-traveled thoroughfares.

Newport Beach, Calif.-based Griffin-American Healthcare REIT II recently acquired the 73,975 square foot MOB at 2874 N. Carson St., which is about a mile from the 234-bed Carson Tahoe Hospital.
