CENTERVILLE, Ohio – A new senior living community will be built on a 65-acre tract of land along Social Row Road between Sheehan and Paragon roads in Centerville. Sixty-five to 75 single-family homes also will be built on the land for a total project cost of $60 million. The main senior living complex, which will be about 150,000 to 175,000 square feet, will offer assisted living, memory care and nursing services. Another 21 buildings, each housing four apartment units, also will be built on the property.
