AKRON, Ohio – CBRE Healthcare, a commercial real estate services and investment firm, and Akron Children’s Hospital recently held a topping out ceremony for a seven-story, 368,735 square foot expansion of the campus, near Locust and Exchange Streets in Akron.
Hospital officials said in a news release that despite inclement winter weather, the $200 million project is two weeks ahead of schedule.
