As we turn the page on 2013, let’s look back at some of the year’s top stories.
January. We celebrated the 10th anniversary of Healthcare Real Estate Insights™ and looked back at some of the healthcare real estate (HRE) sector highlights from the previous decade, such as the impact of healthcare reform, the growth of ambulatory strategies and the rise of the healthcare real estate investment trusts (REITs).
February. We explored the reasons behind the record-setting medical office building (MOB) sales volume of the previous year.
March. We reported on how one of the first MOB portfolios to be monetized, the Advocate portfolio in the Chicago area, was back on the market.
