Transwestern Brokers Sale on Behalf of Buyer and Secures Leasing Assignment

(NOVEMBER 7, 2013 – PLEASANTON, CALIF.) – Transwestern today announced it brokered the sale of a medical services building at 5000 Pleasanton Ave., in Pleasanton, Calif. Bernal Associates, based in Pleasanton, sold the property to Pomfret Estates Inc., for $6,550,000. Transwestern Managing Director Ed Del Beccaro represented Pomfret Estates, which plans to maximize the building’s potential for rent growth in the Tri-Valley area. Representing the seller was Ian Thomas, senior vice president of Colliers International.Del Beccaro and Transwestern Vice President Sonny O’Drobinak have also been retained to lease the two-story medical office building with 23,076 rentable square feet.The building, permitted for medical use, offers approximately 3,556 rentable square feet on the ground floor, along with building signage opportunities and an excellent central location near Amtrak, Highways 580 and 680 and downtown Pleasanton.
