NEWTON, Mass. – Senior Housing Properties Trust (NYSE: SNH) announced Sept. 20 that it has agreed to sell for $90 million two rehab hospitals it owns in a joint venture (JV) composed of affiliates of The Sanders Trust LLC of Birmingham, Ala., and Harrison Street Real Estate Capital LLC of Chicago. SNH says it expects to realize a gain of more than $30 million upon completion of the sale.
