Firm’s Healthcare Solutions Group to manage Adventist’s 8.1 million square feet

Count Adventist Health, a system with 19 hospitals and numerous outpatient facilities in four Pacific states, among those turning to third-party real estate firms to oversee, manage and provide strategies for their real estate portfolios.

The Roseville, Calif.-based system has hired the Healthcare Solutions Group of Chicago-based Jones Lang LaSalle (NYSE: JLL) to provide real estate and related consulting services for its real estate portfolio of 8.1 million square feet of owned and leased space.
