Former Flagship execs form joint venture called MedSouth Healthcare Properties

Two real estate executives based in Charlotte, N.C., are teaming up to form what they hope to grow into the “premiere investment firm for healthcare real estate in the Southeast.”
The executives, who previously worked together at Flagship Capital Partners LLC in Charlotte, are Benjamin E. Bivens of Bivens Investment Group LLC and William S. “Bill” Transou of WST Realty Corp.
