Erica Hirsen to Ferguson Partners Chicago office.
As Director of Ferguson Partners Ltd., Ms. Hirsen will focus on developing and serving clients in the healthcare real estate industry, specifically in senior housing. Prior to joining Ferguson Partners, Ms. Hirsen was an Assistant Vice President with GE Capital’s Healthcare Financial Services – Real Estate business, a leading real estate lender in the healthcare industry serving segments such as senior housing, skilled nursing, medical office buildings, and hospital systems. Ms. Hirsen holds a Bachelor’s degree in Accounting and a Master’s of Accountancy from University of Wisconsin – Madison. She is also a registered CPA.
