Medical office construction could rise 32 percent in 2013.
That’s according to most recent Medical Office Research Report from Marcus & Millichap.
The first half 2013 report from the commercial real estate firm estimates that 10.3 million square feet of medical office space will be delivered this year, up from 7.8 million square feet in 2012.
