News Release: iMed campus set to open in Naperville

PressReleaseIconDynaCom Management Inc. is accepting early lease applications for its brand new iMed Campus in Naperville. Occupancy is expected for fall 2014 but the Naperville office space provider is offering special incentives for leases signed by Aug. 31. The premium medical campus is located at 1249 W. 75th St. in Naperville.

“The iMed Campus has been a very exciting project. We have taken great lengths to make sure it meets and exceeds the needs of today’s medical professionals from the moment they set foot in the door. The building is brand-new with the latest security and energy efficient building measures and since it is a medical campus we’ve added an automatic emergency back-up generator in case of power failures. Any medical professional looking for space in Naperville will be hard-pressed to find a higher quality campus,” said Ali Setork, owner of DynaCom Management.

Located directly across from Springbrook Prairie Forest Preserve, the iMed Campus is situated on 12 acres of land with five of those acres devoted to walking trails and a lake. The remaining seven acres will house a four-story building offering 72,000 square feet of office space in Naperville. iMed Campus features access to five nearby hospitals: Edward, Rush-Copley, Cadence, Advocate Good Samaritan and Adventist Bolingbrook.
