SAN ANTONIO, Texas – April 8, 2013 – CBRE has been exclusively selected as the leasing agent for Stone Oak Physicians Plaza in San Antonio, which totals 68,072 square feet.
Stone Oak Physicians Plaza I & II is located at 19016 Stone Oak Parkway and 540 Oak Centre Drive. The property was built in 1998 and was designed with the medical user in mind. The two-story, medical office building is located adjacent to the North Central Baptist Hospital campus in Far North Central San Antonio.
Lindsey Tucker and Carl Salvato with CBRE in San Antonio will be responsible for the leasing efforts on behalf of the owner, Health Care REIT.
