Pacific Medical Buildings is pleased to announce the completion of the $4.5 million clinic Ramona Ambulatory Care Center in Ramona, Calif.

SAN DIEGO, March 20, 2013 – Pacific Medical Buildings (PMB) is pleased to announce its continued relationship with Palomar Health with the completion of a major construction project in the northern San Diego County healthcare district, the largest in California.

PMB began construction on the 7,600-square-foot, $4.5 million clinic Ramona Ambulatory Care Center in the summer of 2012. Open to the community this month, the single-story outpatient medical clinic that is built in a prime location near the corner of 13th and Main Street on approximately an acre of land, expands healthcare services for the Ramona area. The facility houses an adult and pediatric primary care physician services, urgent care, radiology services and outpatient diagnostic testing as well as specialty services and programs, such as health education and prevention classes.

The facility is co-owned by PMB and Palomar Health, and leased by Arch Health Partners, an affiliate physician organization of Palomar Health. In 2011, Arch Health Partners was named by Integrated Healthcare Association (IHA) as one of the top-performing physician organizations in California for the second consecutive year. This is PMB’s second project for the Palomar Health system.
