Outpatient Projects: $109 million MOB started in Chicago for Advocate system

In February, Turner Construction started working on a $109 million outpatient facility for Advocate Illinois Masonic Medical Center, located less than a mile from Presence Health’s St. Joseph Hospital and its planned $147 million outpatient project.

Advocate’s project will not only be in close proximity to Presence’s, but it will bear a similar name: The Center for Advanced Care. Presence plans to call the building on its site, which is being developed by Brookfield, Wis.-based Hammes Co., the Presence Center for Advanced Care.
