The CBRE Healthcare Capital Markets Group is pleased to announce the completion of a 62,468 square foot owner/user sale for to the existing tenant, Kaiser Permanente. Wilmington Trust, on behalf of a privately held trust, sold the two Class A buildings at 2200 East Gonzales in Oxnard and 888 South Hill in Ventura for $15,200,000 or $243.32 per square foot to Kaiser Permanente, the nation’s largest non-profit health plan.
The sale is the largest medical office building sale, both by square footage and value consideration, within Ventura County in 2012. It also ranks in the top 5 largest for LA County in 2012.
