Medical office building (MOB) sales in the second quarter of 2012 were quite prolific, almost reminiscent of quarterly results during the boom years leading up to the recession.
According to the most recent data from New York-based Real Capital analytics (RCA) Inc., a commercial real estate research firm, sales totaled $1.63 billion during the second quarter (Q2), with 183 transactions taking place.
