Even though health systems have not been selling medical office buildings (MOBs) with much frequency in recent years, MOBs remain on the radar screens of many real estate investors.

Because of this and as a result of compressed capitalization rates for such properties, it looks as if the original owners, or developers, of the facilities are going to be one of the bigger sellers – at least for the time being.
