CAMPBELL, Calif. – Remember the recession? OK, we know, the economy is not out of the woods just yet – not even close. But before the recession took hold, the development of upscale medical facilities with plenty of amenities were on the upswing, giving people with good insurance and deep pockets the choice of being treated in luxury. Such facilities were indeed a sign of robust times. Now, in a sign that perhaps things are turning around, a California businessman, Bobby Sarnevesht of Los Gatos in the Bay Area, recently announced that he is close to lining up investors for a $40 million, 70,000 square foot physician-owned hospital in Campbell, just west of San Jose.
