ENSEMBLE DEVMAN PROVIDES LEASING, MANAGEMENT OF 709,026 S.F. PORTFOLI

Ensemble DevMan of Arizona was recently chosen to provide leasing, asset management and property management services for a 19-property, 709,026 square foot medical office portfolio in the West Valley of the Phoenix metropolitan area.
The portfolio is owned by Sarasota, Fla.-based KRW Medical Office Portfolio, a limited partnership. KRW previously self-managed the properties through Roskamp Arizona Realty, an entity it owned and recently dissolved.
Ensemble DevMan is a relatively new entity, as it was formed in the second half of last year by the merger of two long-time Phoenix-area healthcare real estate firms, the DevMan Co. and Ensemble Real Estate Services LLC.
“This is exactly the kind of positive result we anticipated when the principals of DevMan and Ensemble decided to merge,” said Bill Molloy, the managing director of Ensemble DevMan, in a press release. Mr. Molloy was the founder of DevMan.
The DevMan Co. had a longstanding relationship with KRW, as it had provided accounting and consulting services for the portfolio.
