Huge med site planned outside Austin
REGIONAL MEDICAL CENTER AND $250M PROJECT SLATED FOR THE CITY OF LAKEWAY

A group of doctors and developers are planning a massive hospital campus and mixed-used project in Lakeway, Texas, a city of about 9,000 people located 16 miles west of Austin.
The project would entail the 200,000 square foot Lakeway Regional Medical Center, a 244,000 square foot medical office building (MOB), an 85-bed rehabilitation hospital, an elder care facility, retail and restaurant space, an extended-stay hotel, structured parking, and other facilities.
The overall project is expected to cost more than $250 million and be located on 54 acres.
