Statistics alone make a compelling argument for explosive healthcare development in the greater Phoenix market.
Phoenix has been one of the fastest growing regions in the United States in recent years. The Phoenix metropolitan services area (MSA) currently ranks as the fifth largest metro area in the country with a population of 3.8 million, according to United State Census Bureau. By 2030, the Phoenix metro is projected to grow 70 percent to 6.3 million people. And that does not even include the growing base of “part-time” residents – the “snow birds” that choose to winter in Arizona’s milder climate.
That rapid population growth is clearly creating continued and growing demand for healthcare services. In turn, demand for services creates demand for facilities and space.
