PARTNERS BUY ANOTHER MOB, ANNOUNCE PLANS FOR TWO PROJECTS IN SAN ANTONIO

The new kid on the block in the San Antonio, Texas, healthcare real estate scene is making its presence known rather quickly.
San Antonio-based B&M Healthcare Facilities Ltd. recently closed on the acquisition of the 52,000 square foot, five-story South Texas Cardiovascular Center in the South Texas Medical Center to the north and west of downtown San Antonio. The acquisition also includes a single-story health care pavilion with about 14,000 square feet.
