Rendina Cos.

brings on several

new executives

PALM BEACH GARDENS, Fla. – Rendina Cos. recently announced the appointment of several new executives.

Todd H. Varney has been promoted from his position as senior vice president to executive vice president. Mr. Varney was formerly responsible for leasing in the eastern and central regions.  Doug Lerner was also promoted to EVP status.  Mr. Lerner left Tenet Healthcare Corp. (NYSE: THC) after 14 years to accept this position.  Mr. Lerner will oversee construction and development for Rendina’s eastern region. 

Mark S. Hellickson is the third recent promotion to EVP by Rendina Cos.  Mr. Hellickson will manage Rendina Companies’ western region.  He was promoted from his position as senior vice president concentrating on development and managing the leasing team, also for the western region. 

Richard M. Rendina has been promoted from his current position as leasing director to vice president.  Mr. Rendina worked for Rendina Cos. throughout college, but first worked at Lehman Brothers as an analyst before re-joining Rendina in 2004.  Steven K. Barry, another Rendina leasing director, will leave his current position to accept his promotion to vice president of Rendina’s Paramount Real Estate Services. 

Michael S. Messina has been promoted to managing director from his current two-year post as a leasing director.  Jonathon C. Sajeski has been promoted to new business development director.  Mr. Sajeski has worked for Rendina since Feb. 2004.
