Southern Regional Health System has selected Atlanta-area healthcare real estate developer Meadows & Ohly LLC to provide consulting and project management services for a new outpatient campus on about 92 acres in southern Clayton County, southeast of Atlanta. Preliminary plans are for an ambulatory campus that would include medical office buildings (MOBs), according to the health system.

Meadows & Ohly is also the developer of Piedmont Physicians Plaza, a 12-story, 130,000 square foot MOB and an 800-space parking garage in a project under construction on the campus of Piedmont Hospital in Atlanta’s Buckhead area.
