Plans Call for $60 Million in Medical Office Space on Three Campuses

Christus Spohn Health System turns 100 years old this year, but Chicago-based Alter+Care also has reason to celebrate. Alter+Care has been selected by the Corpus Christi, Texas-based system to be the master developer for planned medical office building (MOB) projects totaling about $60 million and 360,000 square feet.
