Transactions: Healthcare Realty Trust acquires Oklahoma City MOB for $11.4 million

Healthcare Realty Trust has acquired Northwest Medical Center in Oklahoma City.

OKLAHOMA CITY — Nashville, Tenn.-based Healthcare Realty Trust Inc. (NYSE: HR) has acquired the six-story, 81,705 square foot Northwest Medical Center on 3.47 acres at 3330 N.W. 56th St. in Oklahoma City for $11.4 million, or about $140 per square foot (PSF). Local news media reported the sale of the multi-tenant, on-campus MOB in late May and early June, and the transaction was confirmed by Healthcare Real Estate Insights based on data from the Maryland-based healthcare real estate research firm Revista. The sale closed May 21 and the seller was OKC Northwest Medical LLC, an affiliate of Arnold Oil Properties Inc., which acquired it in 1998. The broker was a local company, Wiggin Properties, which has been retained to manage the property. Built in 1981, the multi-tenant Northwest Medical Center is affiliated with Integris Baptist Medical Center, part of Integris Health.
