News Release: HDR’s Omaha Architecture Studio Welcomes Caroline Hinrich

Omaha, NE – Caroline Hinrichs has joined HDR’s Omaha architecture staff as a principal, client & community relations, and she is responsible for client relations and community engagement in Omaha.

Caroline says she’s excited to help position HDR in meaningful and cooperative, mutually beneficial ways: “There’s so much happening in the building industry; we can truly do more and be more to help institutions live their missions, and in turn, create meaningful change together.” Another component of Caroline’s role is to support design teams as it relates to being strong seller-doers and community involvement.

With 11 years of experience in relationship development, brand ambassadorship and marketing, Caroline’s accomplishments include founding the region’s first experiential and event marketing firm.

“Caroline has the perfect blend of talent, drive and personality to be a fantastic ambassador for the Omaha practice in our community,” says Matthew DeBoer, NCARB, AIA, vice president, managing principal of HDR’s Omaha architecture studio. “Most importantly, ensuring that we continue to meet and exceed the expectations of our clients and valued partners is critical to the success of HDR.”

Caroline is currently a president-elect for the Society for Marketing Professional Services – Nebraska Chapter, and she serves on community boards including the Latino Center of the Midlands Board of Directors, Opera Omaha Advisory Board and the D2 Center Board of Directors. She is a member of the Greater Omaha Chamber of Commerce’s Leadership Omaha Class 39, and she loves turning strangers into friends, fostering connections and helping others.
