HREInsights.com: Don’t see your deal? Check online!

Some transactions that don’t make it into print can be found at HREInsights.com

As noted elsewhere in this edition of Healthcare Real Estate Insights™, healthcare real estate (HRE) deal volume is exploding.

That’s obviously a good thing for the HRE sector — and for HREI™. No one wants to go back to the dark days of the Great Recession, when there was a dearth of deals and it was sometimes a struggle for us to fill these pages. Nope, we’ll happily write about every transaction we can find.

But from a practical standpoint, as a publisher, that means that despite devoting more and more space to transactions in the print magazine, we sometimes still don’t have enough space to publish them all.

Fortunately, although the print magazine is finite, the amount of space on the Internet is essentially infinite.
So if you don’t see a transaction in the print version of HREI™, you will probably find it at HREInsights.com.

That includes some of deals we have researched, as well as all relevant reader-submitted news releases and listings of HRE properties for sale and lease. But you apparently already know that, as evidenced by the steadily growing number of pageviews on HREInsights.com.

So as long as you keep making deals, we’ll keep writing about them, and you’ll be able to read about them in HREITM, HREInsights.com or both. So please keep them coming. Email us your deals at Publisher@HREInsights.com.
