Technical Support: Are you having trouble logging in?

If you are reading this, you must be having problems logging in. Sorry about that! The last thing we want is for you to be unable to access the information you’ve paid for!

Please use the following check list to try to resolve the issue:

1.) Make sure you are using the correct user name and password

2.) When logging in, please be sure you use the correct mix of upper and/or lower case letters (user names and passwords are case sensitive)

3.) Make sure your browser is set up to accept “cookies.” (Required for logging in.)

4.) Another possibility is that your computer is “remembering” an older version of the web page and is trying to open a “cached” version of that page. So you could try clearing the cache so you can get a fresh download.

5.) If none of that does the trick, in our experience, if someone can’t log in with the correct user name and password, it is usually due to their security software. Please make sure that any popup blocking software is disabled or set to allow popups. Please check your settings and make sure none of your security software is blocking www.hreinsights.com or www.wolfmediausa.com, i.e., that those URLs are included among your “safe” or “trusted” websites. Because the entire website has been extensively modified, previous security settings for this site might need to be updated. (You might need to consult your IT manager for assistance with this.)

6.) If you still can’t log in, popup blockers can usually be temporarily disabled by holding down the “Ctrl” key when clicking the “LOGIN” button, which might enable you to log in.

7.) Another possibility might be your Internet connection speed. A relatively slow connection could explain why pages and PDFs would be slow to download, or would “time out” before the process is completed. You can test your connection speed here: http://www.speedtest.net. If your download speed is less than 10 Mbps, that might explain the problem.
