Located at 5000 Birch Street, West Tower Suite 3000, the office is the company’s ninth office location across the country.
With more than 30 years of experience in project development, design and construction, Roger Herritz, Project Executive for ERDMAN, will lead operations at the new office. Herritz has been involved in the planning and development of more than 50 healthcare projects with ERDMAN.

The company is currently involved in 17 projects throughout California, all at different stages of the project timeline, ranging from project development to strategic planning and design-build.
