WEST COVINA, Calif. – Covina, Calif.-based Citrus Valley Health Partners (CVHP), which has three hospitals in the East San Gabriel Valley, recently acquired an MOB on the campus of its Queen of the Valley Hospital in West Covina, about 20 miles east of Los Angeles.

ATLANTA – Construction has begun on a previously announced MOB in the Buckhead area of Atlanta, and the future nine-story, 120,000 square foot building is about 30 pre-leased, according to the developer on the project, Atlanta-based The Loudermilk Companies LLC.
