BROOKFIELD, Wis. – Milwaukee-based Irgens is developing a one-story, 23,600 square foot MOB in Brookfield, outside of Milwaukee, and will have Froedtert & the Medical College of Wisconsin as the anchor tenant.

TRACY, Calif. – In a move to consolidate services from three locations, Sacramento, Calif.-based Sutter Gould Medical Foundation recently broke ground on a $30 million outpatient facility in Tracy, about an hour east of Oakland, Calif.
