CINCINNATI – Lewis Center, Ohio-based Hplex Solutions is working as the owner’s representative on the development of the University of Cincinnati’s $60.5 million, 114,000 square foot Gardner Neuroscience Institute.
OUTPATIENT PROJECTS: D.C. Zoning Commission gives another approval to delayed $720 mixed-use project
WASHINGTON – The D.C. Zoning Commission recently approved, for a second time, the $720 million, 25-acre project by Vision McMillan Partners (VMP) to redevelop the former McMillan Sand Filtration Plant.
OUTPATIENT PROJECTS: Kettering Health acquires parcel in Hamilton, Ohio, for future outpatient project
HAMILTON, Ohio – Kettering Ohio-based Kettering Health Network, which has eight hospitals and more than 120 outpatient locations in southwest Ohio, recently acquired a parcel at 1391 W. Main St., in Hamilton, a suburb of Cincinnati, for a future outpatient facility.
