WASHINGTON – The D.C. Zoning Commission recently approved, for a second time, the $720 million, 25-acre project by Vision McMillan Partners (VMP) to redevelop the former McMillan Sand Filtration Plant.

HAMILTON, Ohio – Kettering Ohio-based Kettering Health Network, which has eight hospitals and more than 120 outpatient locations in southwest Ohio, recently acquired a parcel at 1391 W. Main St., in Hamilton, a suburb of Cincinnati, for a future outpatient facility.
